ELIZABETH CITY!
A new campus. A new community. The same mission.
We’re excited to announce that Open Door Church is launching a new campus in Elizabeth City, North Carolina!
Our first Sunday will be January 24, 2027, and we’re already praying, planning, and building the community that will become Open Door Elizabeth City.
For more than 30 years, Open Door Church has been committed to reaching Northeastern North Carolina with the good news of Jesus. Our heart is to reach people far from God and develop disciples, one life at a time. We believe God is opening a new door for that mission in Elizabeth City.
WE'RE NOT WAITING UNTIL JANUARY
A campus launch isn't just about finding a building and starting Sunday services. It's about building a church family.
That's why we're starting now.
In the months leading up to launch, we'll have opportunities to connect, grow, serve, build relationships, and discover how God wants each of us to be part of what He's doing in Elizabeth City.

WHAT'S NEXT?
We're currently working on the many pieces that will make this launch possible, including finding a permanent location for the new campus and building our launch team.
We'll also be offering Growth Track in Elizabeth City and creating opportunities for Life Groups and community to begin forming before our first Sunday.
